We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right, it falls on us, and we handle it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is what we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
